Get ready for a fun-filled day at the 2025 Trout Rodeo on February 8th! Whether you’re into fly fishing or conventional gear, this catch-and-release event has prizes for winners in both categories, with the opportunity to compete individually or as part of a team. The competition will be scored by total inches of fish caught.
This marks the 4th annual Trout Rodeo in the Owens Valley, and depending on the weather, fishing could stretch from the Upper Owens to Lone Pine. The rules remain the same as previous years, so bring your friends, club members, and anyone else who enjoys a fun competition. As always, winning team members and individuals in both fly and conventional classes will receive special beverage glasses.
A Message from the Organizer:
“Before we dive into the tournament details, I want to acknowledge the destruction caused by the recent fires. We’re dedicating any profits from this event to support organizations helping those in need or offering assistance during these difficult times.”
Don’t miss out on this exciting event—mark your calendars for February 8th and get ready for a day of friendly competition, prizes, and community!
